July 22, 2010 | Jerry Trainor, best known as the hilarious big brother and guardian to Carly Shay in Nickelodeon's number one live-action hit series iCarly, brings his comedic talents to the network's newest animated series T.U.F.F. Puppy, bowing this fall on Nickelodeon, the largest producer of television animation in the world. The 13-episode, 2D series is created and executive produced by Nickelodeon hit-maker Butch Hartman, creator of the Emmy Award-winning The Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom. Hartman's latest animated adventure features a theme song performed by Adam Schlesinger from Fountains of Wayne ("Stacy's Mom"), and is produced at the Nickelodeon Animation Studios in Burbank, Calif.

- Cartoon Network Finds Perfect Fit With “Hole in the Wall”
July 20, 2010 | How many ways can you bend your body? Cartoon Network is on a mission to find out with a 10-episode order of HOLE IN THE WALL, the global game show phenomenon produced by FremantleMedia North America. Casting is underway and production will begin shortly for this new, “twisted” half-hour game show featuring two teams of families in competition as they face down a series of moving barriers with ever-changing cut-out shapes.

July 20, 2010 | Across the 3rd week of July 2010, Cartoon Network’s prime time and total day ratings and delivery performance advanced by powerful double-digit increases across ALL key kids demos, compared to the same time period last year. In prime time, kids 6-11 delivery (498,000) improved by 48% and ratings (2.0) by 43%, kids 2-11 delivery (756,000) improved by 66% and ratings (1.8) by 64%, and kids 9-14 delivery (380,000) improved by 44% and ratings (1.6) by 45%. In total day, kids 6-11 delivery (447,000) grew by 28% and ratings (1.8) by 29%, kids 2-11 delivery (698,000) grew by 47% and ratings (1.7) by 42%, and kids 9-14 delivery (323,000) grew by 25% and ratings (1.3) by 18%.

MGM's Pink Panther and Pals, an adaptation of the popular original The Pink Panther series, premieres Monday, July 19 at 7 a.m., playing weekdays on Boomerang, the commercial-free home of classic animation. A forever sly and now teenaged Pink Panther is up to his old tricks again, continuing in hilarious new adventures with buddies, from Ant & the Aardvark to town bully, Big Nose. Each show contains three episodes and features the silent panther's outrageous antics that include playing in a band, going to an arcade and mastering the art of pizza delivery.
