October 13, 2012 | Disney XD will premiere two highly anticipated animated series on the Marvel Universe programming block, "Marvel's Avengers Assemble" and "Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.," it was announced today by David Levine, Vice President and General Manager, Disney XD Worldwide and at New York Comic Con by Jeph Loeb, Marvel's Head of Television. Produced by Marvel Television, the series feature some of Marvel's most popular characters -- Hulks smashing and Avengers assembling to take down the most infamous villains in the Marvel universe. Filled with action, big adventures and humor, both series are currently in production and slated to premiere in summer 2013 on Marvel Universe on Disney XD.

- “Slugterra” Begins Global Launch This Fall
September 12, 2012 | Nerd Corps Entertainment announced today that Slugterra, its newest global kids property, is set to rollout this fall with the launch of the animated television series. Disney XD is the global television partner for the show, which premiered in Canada on September 8 at 2 p.m. EST and will hit US airwaves on October 15 at 3:30 p.m. EST.

July 12, 2012 | Production has begun in Hollywood, California, on "Crash & Bernstein," a live action comedy series -- with hand puppetry -- that follows Wyatt Bernstein, the only son among four kids, whose new puppet, Crash, comes to life and becomes his loud-mouthed surrogate brother who knows no limits. The multi-camera series is scheduled to premiere in fall 2012 on Disney XD. The puppet was designed and built by Chiodo Brothers Productions, Inc, based in Burbank, California.
