“Kirby Buckets” Soars by Double-Digits Over Its Week-Ago Launch
#1 in Its Time Period in Boys 6-11, “Gravity Falls” Scores Disney XD Ratings Highs
“Star Wars Rebels” Sets Series Highs in Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14
“Kirby Buckets” (7:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
- Leading off the night, the new live-action/animated series “Kirby Buckets” soared over its week-ago series premiere to series highs in Total Viewers (690,000) and all target demographics, including Kids 6-14 (462,000/1.3 rating), Boys 6-14 (304,000/1.7 rating), Kids 6-11 (313,000/1.3 rating) and Boys 6-11 (212,000/1.8 rating).
- Compared to its October 20 launch, “Kirby Buckets” surged by 51% in Total Viewers (690,000 vs. 458,000), by 80% in Kids 6-14 (462,000 vs. 256,000) and by 55% in Kids 6-11 (313,000 vs. 202,000).
“Gravity Falls” (8:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
- At 8:30 p.m., “Gravity Falls,” which joined the network’s line-up in mid-April 2014, generated Disney XD series highs in Tweens 9-14 (438,000/1.8 rating) and Boys 2-11 (391,000/2.0 rating), Boys 6-14 (446,000/2.4 rating) and Boys 9-14 (308,000/2.5 rating) demographics and delivered its #2 telecast on the channel ever in Total Viewers (1.07 million), Kids 2-11 (583,000/1.5 rating) and Boys 6-11 (331,000/2.7 rating).
- “Gravity Falls” ranked as cable TV’s #1 telecast in the half-hour in Boys 6-11 and was the #1 entertainment telecast in Boys 2-11, Boys 6-14 and Boys 9-14.
“Star Wars Rebels” (9:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.)
- At 9 o’clock, “Star Wars Rebels” generated series highs in Kids 6-11 (359,000/1.5 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (322,000/1.3 rating) and near series highs in Total Viewers (946,000), Kids 2-11 (452,000/1.2 rating), Kids 6-14 (466,000/1.3 rating), Boys 6-14 (351,000/1.9 rating), Boys 6-11 (278,000/2.3 rating) and Boys 9-14 (227,000/1.8 rating).
