NICKELODEON WINS WEEK WITH KIDS AND TOTAL VIEWERS
A FAIRLY ODD SUMMER ORIGINAL TV MOVIE IS TOP TELECAST IN TIME PERIOD WITH KIDS AND DRAWS NEARLY 3 MILLION VIEWERS
PAW PATROL LEADS PRESCHOOL CATEGORY
Nickelodeon closed the first week of August (7/28/14-8/03/14) as basic cable’s number-one network in total day with Kids 2-11 (2.6/829K) and total viewers (1.6M).
The Saturday night premiere (8/2/14) of A Fairly Odd Summer, Nick’s latest original TV movie based off of the hit The Fairly Odd Parents series, was number one in its time period (8:00–9:30 p.m.) with Kids 2-11 (5.0/1.6M, +43% versus a year ago) and Kids 6-11 (5.7/1.1M, +27%), and averaged 2.8M total viewers.
Additionally, Nickelodeon scored the week’s top preschool series with PAW Patrol posting a 5.8/712K rating with Kids 2-5.
