For the week of January 13, 2014, powered by original movie “Cloud 9,” the launch of comedy series “I Didn’t Do It” and a sneak peek at upcoming game show “Win, Lose or Draw,” Disney Channel ranked as TV’s #1 network for the 136th consecutive week among both Kids 6-11 (540,000/2.3 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (502,000/2.1 rating) – dates back to week of 6/13/11.

  • Notably, Disney Channel out-delivered Nickelodeon by at least double digits for 115-straight weeks in Kids 6-11 (+22% – 540,000 vs. 444,000) and for 117-consecutive weeks in Tweens 9-14 (+72% – 502,000 vs. 292,000) – dates back to week of 11/7/11 and 10/24/11, respectively.

In Prime, Disney Channel ranked as cable TV’s #1 network in Total Viewers (2.24 million) and was cable TV’s #1 network for the 453rd-consecutive week among Kids 6-11 (932,000/3.9 rating – 8+ years) and 190th-straight week among Tweens 9-14 (826,000/3.4 rating – 3+ years).

  • Friday’s premiere of “Cloud 9” delivered 5 million Total Viewers, ranking as the week’s #1 cable TV telecast across Kids 2-11 (2.6 million/6.7 rating), Kids 6-11 (2.1 million/8.7 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.8 million/7.3 rating), and becoming the #2 cable TV telecast season to date in Kids 2-11 and Kids 6-11.

24-hour Disney Junior channel ranked as TV’s #1 preschool-dedicated Total Day network for the 42nd-straight week among Total Viewers (443,000), Kids 2-5 (213,000/1.4 rating) and Boys 2-5 (109,000/1.4 rating) – each week since reporting ratings publicly on 4/1/13 for the 25th in Girls 2-5 (104,000/1.4 rating) and 30th in Women 18-49 (92,000).

  • Disney Junior channel delivered the week’s Top 2 series across preschool-exclusive networks in Kids 2-5 and the Top 5 telecasts in the target demo:

  • Disney Junior channel defeated Sprout by triple digits across the board: Total Viewers (+191% – 443,000 vs. 152,000), Kids 2-5 (+200% – 213,000 vs. 71,000), Girls 2-5 (+167% – 104,000 vs. 39,000), Boys 2-5 (+230% – 109,000 vs. 33,000) and Women 18-49 (+171% – 92,000 vs. 34,000).
