Paw Patrol, Bubble Guppies and Team Umizoomi are Week’s Top Three Preschool Series

NEW YORK – Jan. 7, 2014 – Nickelodeon opened the new year with year-over-year gains among Kids 2-11 (3.2/1.0M, +7%), Kids 2-5 (3.7/461K, +12%) and Kids 6-11 (2.9/557K, +7%) and averaged 1.9 million total viewers for the week (12/30/13-1/5/14).

Nick’s weekly ratings performance was driven by its hit live-action series Sam and Cat, which ranked as the top entertainment series for the week with Kids 2-11 (5.4/1.7M) and Kids 6-11 (6.8/1.3M). SpongeBob took the animation top spot for the week with Kids 2-11 (5.2/1.6M).

Paw Patrol led the week with preschoolers, averaging a 7.2/899K, followed by Bubble Guppies (7.1/885K) and Team Umizoomi (6.8/854K).
