- TELETOON Canada November 2013 Programming Highlights
October 7, 2013 | It’s MOREvember on TELETOON and that means the schedule is jam-packed with more premieres, more new episodes, more marathons and more movies. Highlights of the MOREvember lineup include the 100th episode of TELETOON Original Production Johnny Test on Wednesday, November 20 at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT, as well as movie premieres including Zookeeper, Rio, Mr. Popper’s Penguins and The Adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl. TELETOON’s MOREvember schedule also features marathons of hit shows, including Teen Titans Go!, Adventure Time, Dragons: Defenders of Berk and Lego: Legends of Chima, every Monday afternoon throughout November.

- First Slugterra TV Movie “Ghoul from Beyond” Announced for Spring 2014
October 4, 2013 | Nerd Corps Entertainment announced today that the first ever Slugterra TV movie, Slugterra: Ghoul from Beyond, is in production for a spring 2014 release. The original one commercial hour production will continue the story of the Slugterra TV series, which currently airs worldwide on Disney XD and free TV.
- Production Begins on First Disney Junior Original Movie, “Lucky Duck”
October 3, 2013 | Production has begun on the first Disney Junior Original Movie, “Lucky Duck,” a music-filled, animated adventure at sea starring the voices of Christian Borle and Megan Hilty (both of “Smash”), and Tom Cavanaugh (“Royal Pains”). The movie follows a plucky rubber ducky named Lucky (Borle) who, after accidentally being tossed off a cargo ship, sets off in search of the perfect home. Along the way, he teams with a group of misfit tub toys including a sassy hippo, Flo (Hilty) and an apprehensive turtle named Snap (Cavanaugh).

October 1, 2013 | Disney Channel will present new Disney Friends for Change interstitials featuring stars of its hit series throughout National Bullying Prevention Month, October 1-31. The messages will rotate multiple times per day and feature G Hannelius, Blake Michael and Francesca Capaldi of "Dog With A Blog," Bridgit Mendler, Jason Dolley and Bradley Steven Perry of "Good Luck Charlie" and Dove Cameron, Joey Bragg and Tenzing Norgay Trainor of "Liv and Maddie."

October 1, 2013 | Saban Brands today announced that it has extended agreements with Nickelodeon and Bandai America Incorporated through 2016 for its globally recognized Power Rangers franchise. Nickelodeon and Saban Brands initiated their strategic partnership when Saban re-acquired the Power Rangers brand in 2010 and re-launched the television series with Power Rangers Samurai in 2011. The extension confirms additional seasons of original Power Rangers programming on Nickelodeon through 2016. Warner Bros. immortal LOONEY TUNES - featuring legendary icons Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Elmer Fudd, Roadrunner & Wile E. Coyote and others - will begin airing as a one-hour block on Saturday and Sunday mornings at 7 a.m. (ET) starting Oct. 5.
