Nickandmore!

Starting this weekend, two of Nickelodeon’s digital networks, Nicktoons and TeenNick, will update their regular schedules – including taking a few series away, while adding a couple too.

First up, Nicktoons is removing classic Yu-Gi-Oh! episodes as well as the Saturday ZEXAL rerun. The Legend of Korra will air in Yu-Gi-Oh!’s weeknight 8:30pm timeslot starting Monday. Korra’s 7pm spot is now an extra Avatar. ZEXAL’s Saturday encore is replaced by Back at the Barnyard, as does the Rush Zone encore that preceded it.

Also leaving Nicktoons is Jimmy Neutron, which gets replaced by Penguins of Madagascar on weekdays from 12:30-1:30pm. Neutron has left the schedule before, but is never usually gone for long.

Other weekend changes include Rush Zone encores being replaced on Saturday at 2pm (as mentioned above) by Barnyard and on Sunday morning at 6:30am by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Planet Sheen returns this Saturday – airing at 7am. The show will also return to weekdays starting Monday from 3-4pm (replacing Danny Phantom and Power Rangers in the hour). Robot and Monster will get extra showings on weekend mornings in the 7am hour on Sundays at 7:30am only on Saturday.

Weekday changes starting Monday include the 3:30pm showing of Power Rangers moving to 9:30am (replacing a showing of The Mighty B!). The aforementioned Penguins hour and Planet Sheen hour are at 12:30 and 3pm, respectively. Fanboy & Chum Chum returns to the line-up in the 4pm hour, replacing the previous Penguins hour.

Robot and Monster will air in the 6pm hour, replacing one of the two Back at the Barnyard hours. As already mentioned, Avatar now holds the full 7pm hour. Korra will continue to air at 7:30am and now 8:30pm as well.

The nighttime blocks of Nicktoons from 9pm-midnight will see a slight rotation. SpongeBob remains on Monday as does Fairly OddParents on Tuesday. However, T.U.F.F. Puppy will move from Thursdays to Wednesdays, sliding OddParents to Fridays and Kung Fu Panda to Thursdays. Confused? Don’t be. SpongeBob on Monday, Fairly OddParents on Tuesday and now Friday, T.U.F.F. Puppy on Wednesday and Kung Fu Panda on Thursdays.

That does it for the Nicktoons program changes! Now, on to TeenNick…

Starting Saturday, Drake & Josh will replace Zoey 101 in the 6am hour everyday. Zoey will still keep that extra hour though, sliding to 5pm on weekends (and in effect replacing Radio Free Roscoe yet again) and weekdays in the 7pm hour (replacing Ned’s Declassified). A small change, but on Sunday mornings, Ned’s Declassified will replace an hour of Supah Ninjas at 8am.

Then weekdays will see some other changes as well. VICTORiOUS will now fill the 7am hour Tuesdays-Fridays, replacing See Dad Run and Wendell & Vinnie. At 8:30am, an extra Winx Club will remove Life With Boys from the line-up completely.

As mentioned above, Zoey 101 will now fill the 7pm hour of weekdays (as Drake & Josh takes the 6am hour). Also, in primetime on Mondays-Thursdays (for most days) in the 10pm hour, Big Time Rush will replace Sabrina the Teenage Witch (which, or witch, remains in the 6pm hour).

That does it for the TeenNick changes. So, if you are keeping track, the shows leaving Nicktoons and TeenNick are: Yu-Gi-Oh! (classic), Jimmy Neutron, Radio Free Roscoe and Life With Boys. Returning? Planet Sheen and Fanboy & Chum Chum.
