August 13, 2012 | Friday’s ‘Night of Premieres’ delivered series highs for “Gravity Falls” and “Code 9,” and all-new episodes of “My Babysitter’s A Vampire,” “A.N.T. Farm” and “Jessie,” handily vaulting Disney Channel to rank as cable TV’s #1 network in Prime in Total Viewers (2.99 million), towering over #2 network SyFy by a hefty 38% (2.17 million). Disney Channel was also TV’s #1 network in Kids 2-11 (1.89 million/4.6 rating), Kids 6-11 (1.54 million/6.3 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.27 million/5.3 rating).

August 9, 2012 | WWE (NYSE: WWE) and Saban Brands today announced a new, weekly half-hour show, WWE Saturday Morning Slam, that will debut on Saturday, August 25 at 10 a.m. WWE Saturday Morning Slam will be part of the television premiere of Vortexx on The CW, a Saturday morning kids’ television block, reaching 114 million U.S. television households. This marks the first time, since 2001, WWE will have a program in a kids’ time slot and reinforces WWE’s commitment to kid-friendly entertainment.

August 7, 2012 | Unequivocally the #1 network this summer, Disney Channel is ALSO pacing as the #1 cable TV network in Total Day for 2012 to date in Total Viewers (1.71 million), and as TV’s #1 network in Kids 2-11 (971,000/2.4 rating), Kids 6-11 (644,000/2.6 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (538,000/2.2 rating). Disney Channel's Total Day was #1 in Kids 6-11 last year for the first time ever, and #1 among Tweens for the fourth consecutive year.

August 7, 2012 | Continuing its summer streak, Cartoon Network again ranked as basic cable's #1 network for Total Day & Early Prime (7-9 p.m.) delivery of boys 2-11, 6-11 & 9-14. Early Evening delivery grew across all kid demos - kids 2-11 by 1%, kids 6-11 by 1% and kids 9-14 by 22% - vs. the same time period last year. Total Day delivery also grew among kids 9-14 by 15% vs. last year.

August 7, 2012 | "Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja," an action-packed, animated comedy series that follows the adventures of an unlikely hero who, with his super human ninja suit, the 'NinjaNomicon' (an 800 year-old Ninja guide) and the help of his best buddy Howard, finds himself as the one thing protecting his school and the world from certain destruction, is set to premiere on Disney XD. A special preview will air MONDAY, AUGUST 13 (9:00 p.m., ET/PT) with the series premiere on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17 (7:00 p.m., ET/PT). - Nickelodeon Greenlights Fourth Season of “Big Time Rush”

Created by Scott Fellows and produced in partnership with Sony Music, the series chronicles the adventures of four best friends living the dream in Los Angeles, balancing their newfound fame, fans, music and girlfriends. Starring Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos Pena and Logan Henderson, Big Time Rush is slated to commence production on 13 episodes early 2013 in Los Angeles.
- One-Hour “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” Premiere Event Airs September 29 on Nickelodeon
August 3, 2012 | Nickelodeon launches an all-new, CG-animated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series on Saturday, Sept. 29, at 11:00 a.m. (ET/PT) in a special one-hour television event, bringing the turtles up from the sewers with the mythology and comedic sensibility for a new generation of fans. The series stars Jason Biggs (American Pie) as "Leonardo," Sean Astin (Lord of the Rings) as "Raphael," Rob Paulsen (Planet Sheen) as "Donatello" and Greg Cipes (Teen Titans) as "Michelangelo." Additional cast members rounding out this iconic hit franchise include Mae Whitman (Parenthood) as "April O'Neil," Hoon Lee (Royal Pains) as "Master Splinter" and Kevin Michael Richardson (Penguins of Madagascar) as "Shredder." The half-hour weekly series is layered with action, fantasy and comedy and draws inspiration from both American and Japanese animation, showcasing a stylistic effect of a printed comic. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will air regularly on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. (ET/PT).

- Nick at Nite Premieres Scott Baio Comedy, “See Dad Run,” on Saturday, October 6
August 3, 2012 | Nick at Nite will premiere its first-ever original live-action family comedy executive produced by and starring Scott Baio, See Dad Run on Saturday, Oct. 6, it was announced today by Marjorie Cohn, President, Original Programming and Development, Nickelodeon Group. A multi-camera scripted half-hour, the series follows David Hobbs (Baio) an actor who, after ten years of starring as America's favorite TV dad, becomes a stay-at-home father to honor the deal he made with his soap star wife (Alanna Ubach, Meet the Fockers) so that she may return to the limelight. Mark Curry (Hangin' with Mr. Cooper) also joins the series as David's friend, Marcus. The series is currently in production on the former Happy Days stage in Los Angeles.
