Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters

LOS ANGELES – Powered by the continued momentum of its original series and by the strength of event programming on its summer schedule throughout the month of July, The Hub TV Network, a destination for kids and their families, earned the best monthly audience delivery in the history of the network among the target demographics of Kids 2-11 and Kids 6-11, and among Persons 2+ and Households.

Helping to drive the record performance was special event programming including an Independence Day marathon of “Transformers Prime,” “Transformers Rescue Bots”; “Care Bear-a-Thon”; a “Pound Puppies” marathon; The Hub’s “ALF Week” event; The Hub TV Network premiere of the feature film Goonies; and marathons of the series “Batman: The Animated Series” and “Sabrina, The Teenage Witch.”

Hub TV Original Series that powered the record monthly performance included: “My Little Pony Friendship is Magic,” “Pound Puppies,” “R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour: The Series,” “Family Game Night,” “The Aquabats! Super Show!” and “Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters.”

For the month of July in Total Day, The Hub earned year-to-year delivery gains among Kids 6-11 (+27%), Kids 2-11 (+46%), Women 18-49 (+25%), Adults 18-49 (+22%), Persons 2+ (+39%) and Households (+36%).

For the month of July in Prime Time (Monday – Sunday, 8 p.m. – 11 p.m. ET), The Hub earned year-to-year delivery gains among Kids 6-11 (+18%), Kids 2-11 (+11%), Women 18-49 (+13%), Adults 18-49 (+13%), Persons 2+ (+23%) and Households (+28%).

  • For the month of July in Prime (Monday – Sunday, 8 p.m. – 11 p.m. ET), The Hub earned year-to-year delivery gains among Kids 6-11 (+18%, 26,000), Kids 2-11 (+11%, 39,000), Women 18-49 (+13%, 27,000), Adults 18-49 (+13%, 51,000), Persons 2+ (+23%, 135,000) and Households (+28%, 97,000).

  • In Total Day, The Hub earned year-to-year delivery gains among Kids 2-11 (+8%, 42,000), Women 18-49 (+13%, 17,000), Adults 18-49 (+17%, 34,000), Persons 2+ (+14%, 96,000) and Households (+14%, 67,000).

Programming Highlights

  • The Hub’s “Sabrina, The Teenage Witch – Monday Marathon” (Monday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.) delivered strong year-to-year delivery growth among Women 18-49 (+433%, 32,000), Adults 18-49 (+189%, 52,000), Persons 2+ (+97%, 132,000) and Households (+112%, 106,000).
  • A new episode of “Pound Puppies” (Saturday, 9 a.m.) earned year-to-year delivery gains among Kids 2-11 (+2%, 117,000), Women 18-49 (+100%, 42,000), Adults 18-49 (+47%, 56,000), Persons 2+ (+22%, 198,000) and Households (+22%, 129,000).
  • A new episode of “Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters” (Saturday, 2 p.m.) earned year-to-year delivery gains among Kids 6-11 (+83%, 33,000), Kids 2-11 (+283%, 69,000), Women 18-49 (+300%, 20,000), Adults 18-49 (+163%, 42,000), Persons 2+ (+292%, 141,000) and Households (+100%, 68,000).
  • A new episode of “Transformers Rescue Bots” (Saturday, 12:30 p.m.) earned year-to-year delivery gains among Kids 2-11 (+100%, 26,000), Women 18-49 (+300%, 20,000), Adults 18-49 (+74%, 40,000) and Persons 2+ (+27%, 85,000).
  • “Dan Vs.” (Saturday, 4:30 p.m.) earned year-to-year delivery gains among Kids 6-11 (+75%, 28,000), Kids 2-11 (+110%, 44,000), Adults 18-49 (+43%, 33,000), Persons 2+ (+60%, 93,000) and Households (+16%, 64,000).
