Total Drama: Revenge of the Island finale airs Thursday, April 12 at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT

(Toronto, ON, March 27, 2012)A shocking betrayal is exposed, a band’s fate hangs in the balance, a villainous vampire returns and a winner is finally revealed. That’s right, it’s finale week for TELETOON’s “Can’t Miss Thursdays” programming block – and the shows are only half the fun of these season finales. Online polls, contests and games, as well as bonus content and special marathon programming, provide the perfect complement to the riveting final episodes of Detentionaire, Mudpit and My Babysitter’s a Vampire on Thursday, April 5 and Total Drama: Revenge of the Island on Thursday, April 12.

Detentionaire
Two-part season finale airs Thursday, April 5 starting at 6:30 p.m. ET/PT

In this two-part season ender, a surprising new suspect emerges in Lee’s quest to find out who is framing him for the prank.

On March 22, Detentionaire fans can visit teletoon.com and participate in an online poll that asks who they believe committed the infamous prank. Principal Barrage, Vice-Principal Victoria, Chaz, Holger, Cam and even Lee’s mom are suspects, but only time (and more episodes) will tell who really did it.

Mudpit
Season finale airs Thursday, April 5 at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT

With Mudpit in a band rut, Fitzy brings in the mystical Band Whisperer to put them back on the path to Muzika glory.  But when the Band Whisperer’s advice and his band exercises seem pointless, Mudpit is ready to throw in the towel. Can Fitzy convince them to keep on whispering or will they miss out on an opportunity to take the band to the next level?

Fans of Mudpit’s catchy tunes are in luck: in honour of the season finale, the song “Power Player” will be available as a free download on teletoon.com.

My Babysitter’s a Vampire
Season finale airs Thursday, April 5 at 8 p.m. ET/PT

The “Fly Off to the Moon” dance is approaching and Ethan and Benny want to go in style. But the return of an old enemy puts a wrinkle in their plans and forces Sarah to make the one choice she’s been dreading all year.

“Humans vs. Vampires” is a 3D game on teletoon.com that pits – you guessed it – humans against vampires in a battle for control of the fictional town of Whitechapel. Launched in October 2011, the game invites players to choose sides and earn points for either humans or vampires, with the results set to impact the outcome of the finale. Fans will have to tune in to find out who won this epic battle and what that means for the inhabitants of Whitechapel.

Total Drama: Revenge of the Island
Season finale airs Thursday, April 12 at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT

It’s the big finale for all the cash. Two competitors will enter the Chrisiseum (Chris’ craptastic Roman arena) but only one will come out. First, the finalists must build their own armour and weapons out of discarded junk. Then it’s on to battle and each player gets their own cheering section made up of returning losers.

Leading up to the finale, a special marathon of the final four episodes of the season airs on Thursday, April 12 beginning at 6 p.m. ET/PT.

Over on teletoon.com, viewers can vote for this season’s winner from March 30 to April 11. Once the votes have been tallied, the winner will be revealed during the season finale on April 12. Every viewer who casts a vote can also enter a contest to win a standee of Chris MacLean courtesy of Fresh TV.

For those who want to catch up on all the drama from seasons past, seasons 1 to 4 of the Total Drama franchise will be made available on the teletoon.com Video Player this spring, with a new season going online every Tuesday starting on April 3.
