March 25, 2011 | While April schedules have not been officially released yet, Zap2it.com is showing a new generic schedule for TeenNick starting April 4. New to weekdays is House of Anubis and Gigantic and returning to the schedule is Saved by the Bell. The last time Saved by the Bell was seen on the network was July 2, 2009.

March 25, 2011 | Now that Nickelodeon, Disney Channel/Disney XD, Cartoon Network and The Hub have presented their 2011-12 programming slate to advertisers at upfront presentations in New York City over the past two weeks, let’s take a look at what’s new, what’s been renewed for another season and what’s ending. Each network, except for Disney, will have a second and even third (for Nick and Hub) upfront in the coming weeks. It’s unknown right now whether new information will be reveled at each, so we’ll revisit this article in the future if needed.

March 24, 2011 | A music competition for kids, family game shows based on iconic, beloved brands, and an animated Warren Buffett are among the nine new original programs that will join ten returning popular series with new episodes in the 2011-2012 program lineup on The Hub television network, a destination for kids and their families. Announcement of the network’s continued ambitious strategy of original programming – which includes 425 half-hours of new production, on a single network in one television season -- was made by Margaret Loesch, President and CEO, The Hub, in advance of the network’s upfront meeting with advertisers in New York Thursday evening.

March 23, 2011 | Warner Bros., DC Entertainment and Cartoon Network have partnered to create a new multi-platform programming block of exclusive branded original content called DC Nation. The new block launching in 2012 will be the exclusive home for original DC animation properties.

March 23, 2011 | Springboarding off its 2010 ratings growth across key kids and boys demos, in which series/specials Adventure Time, Dude, What Would Happen, Generator Rex and Hall of Game helped propel the network to new heights, Cartoon Network described its plans for building new global franchises today as it unveiled a broad slate of new content for 2011 at its annual Advertising Upfront presentation. Thirteen new animated series, 19 returning shows, and the network’s newest live-action scripted comedy series, Level Up, which will launch with a 90-minute original movie, will debut over the next year. The morning’s announcements also spotlighted a new partnership between Warner Bros., DC Entertainment and Cartoon Network in which the three entertainment brands would unite their powerful assets in publishing, theatrical and television to create a multi-platform block of exclusive branded original content on the network named, DC Nation.
