May 24, 2011 | Actor, screenwriter and filmmaker Jon Heder ("Napoleon Dynamite," "Blades of Glory") will star in and executive-produce "Gulliver Quinn" (working title), a comedy series pilot for Disney XD, it was announced today by Adam Bonnett, senior vice president, Original Programming, Disney Channels.
- Nickelodeon Greenlights “How to Rock” Starring Cymphonique
May 23, 2011 | We reported back on January 4 that Nickelodeon had ordered production of a pilot for How to Rock Braces and Glasses starring Cymphonique. Today, Deadline.com reports that Nick has officially picked the series up for a 20-episode order, set to begin production this summer for a 2012 launch, and will be re-titled to simply How to Rock.
- “Voltron Force” Premieres June 16 on Nicktoons

The series will launch as a commercial-free presentationof the 90-minute movie, “Voltron Force: New Defenders Trilogy,” Thursday, June 16, at 8:30 p.m. (ET). The half-hour series, which features an all-new theme song produced and recorded by Grammy Award®-winning producer and artist Swizz Beatz, follows the adventures of a new class of recruits as they join forces with the original team to fight evil by forming Voltron, the legendary super robot. The series will regularly air Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. (ET) on Nicktoons.
