Cartoon Network Celebrates Halloween All Month Long with Spooky Specials and Creepy Comedies
October Line-up Loaded with Original Halloween Movies and New Specials of Monday Night Comedies Including Adventure Time, Regular Show, MAD and More
Cartoon Network is full of ghoulish goods this October with a line-up of frightfully fun new episodes and specials themed around everyone’s favorite haunted holiday. The entire month will feature premieres of Halloween-inspired episodes, original movies and many spooky specials that will be sure to satisfy this year’s Halloween craving. Following are the Halloween premieres in October.
All-New Monday Night Creepy Comedies
Monday, October 10
- 7 p.m. (ET, PT): Johnny Test: “Fangs a Lot Johnny” – Susan and Mary discover Gil’s a fan of the latest teenage vampire saga, so they transform into vampires to get his attention. Johnny and Dukey turn vampire hunter to rescue Gil and turn Johnny’s sisters back to normal.
- 8 p.m. (ET, PT): Regular Show: “In the House” – Rigby eggs the wrong house that’s owned by a vengeful wizard.
- 8:15 p.m. (ET, PT): Regular Show: “Death Metal Crash Pit” – Muscle Man and High Five Ghost want to crash an old RV into a pit, but it’s haunted by a 80s death metal band. “Creepy Doll” – Mordecai and Rigby discover an old Victorian Doll that Pop’s has not played with or seen since he was a child and unwittingly unleash its pent up rage against him.
Monday, October 17
- 7 p.m. (ET, PT): Johnny Test: “Johnny Trick or Treat” – Johnny and Dukey spend the night in a haunted house to win a ton of candy, but can they survive the night?
- 7 p.m. (ET, PT): The Amazing World of Gumball: “The Poltergeist” – Gumball and Darwin give Mr. Robinson a home and end up saving his marriage.
- 8 p.m. (ET, PT): Adventure Time: “The Creeps” – Finn and Jake receive an invitation to a masquerade dinner. It turns into a whodunit as guests start to meet their demise.
Monday, October 24
- 7 p.m. (ET, PT): The Amazing World of Gumball: “The Goons” – Gumball sets out to win his Dad back by winning a blindfolded race.
- 8 p.m. (ET, PT): Adventure Time: “From Bad to Worse” – A zombie epidemic strikes in Ooo… and it’s Princess Bubblegum’s fault.
- 8:45 p.m. (ET, PT): MAD: “Kitchen Nightmare Before Christmas / How I Met Your Mummy” – Jack Skellington find out he’s not the scariest one in Halloween Town anymore. Then, two kids hear the story of how the werewolf met their mummy. Plus Scooby-Doo, Spy vs Spy, Alfred E. Neuman and more Halloween hilarity!

- 6:00 p.m. (ET, PT): MAD: “Kitchen Nightmare Before Christmas / How I Met Your Mummy” – Jack Skellington find out he’s not the scariest one in Halloween Town anymore. Then, two kids hear the story of how the werewolf met their mummy. Plus Scooby-Doo, Spy vs Spy, Alfred E. Neuman and more Halloween hilarity!

But when they arrive they find the camp empty save for Burt, the head counselor, and the local Forest Ranger, Ranger Knudsen.
- Saturday, October 15 at 7 p.m. (ET, PT) and Sunday, October 16 at 6 p.m. (ET, PT): Monster House – Three teens discover that their neighbor’s house is really a living, breathing, scary monster.
- Saturday, October 22 at 7 p.m. (ET, PT) and Sunday, October 23 at 6 p.m. (ET, PT): The Haunting Hour – Cassie’s life changes when she moves and attends a high school ruled by the most beautiful girl in school, Priscilla and her beautiful sidekicks. Priscilla immediately takes a dislike to Cassie, and soon it’s a battle between the two. But when Priscilla goes missing, along with Cassie’s younger brother, Max, Cassie must go on an adventure and search for them before it’s too late…
- Saturday, October 29 at 6:30 p.m. (ET, PT) and Sunday, October 30 at 5:30 p.m. (ET, PT): Mummy Returns -The mummified body of Imhotep is shipped to a museum in London, where he once again wakes and begins his campaign of rage and terror.

- Saturday, October 8 at 6 p.m. (ET, PT), Saturday, October 22 at 6 p.m. (ET, PT), Saturday, October 29 at 11 a.m. (ET, PT) and Monday, October 31 at 2 p.m. (ET, PT): Scary Godmother – Halloween Spooktakular – This hour-long CGI special follows the first trick-or-treating adventure of Hannah Marie, a young girl whose older, meaner cousin babysits her one dark Halloween night. Hannah’s cousin cooks up a scheme to frighten her, but the scheme backfires when Hannah gets help from her Scary Godmother and her quirky monster friends.
- Sunday, October 9 at 5 p.m. (ET, PT) and Monday, October 31 at 11 a.m. (ET, PT): Ed, Edd n Eddy’s Boo-Haw-Haw – Ed, Edd and Eddy attempt to find the legendary, trick-or-treat-filled neighborhood of “Spook-E-Ville.” In preparation, Ed spends the entire day watching horror movies. Once the sun sets, Ed’s TV-addled brain fantasizes that monsters are stalking their every step.
- Sunday, October 9 at 5:30 p.m. (ET, PT) and Monday, October 31 at 11:30 a.m. (ET, PT): Billy and Mandy’s Jacked Up Halloween – Jack, a headless prankster from Grim’s past, uses Billy to steal Grim’s scythe so he can destroy Grim and then take over the world with demons from the Netherworld.
- Sunday, October 9 at 7:30 p.m. (ET, PT): A Scooby Doo Halloween – The gang visits Velma’s relatives during a Halloween festival headlined by KISS, but the festivities are interrupted by the ghost of the town’s founder and a bevy of living scarecrows.
- Saturday, October 15 at 1:30 p.m. (ET, PT): The Grim Adventures of the KND – A special crossover episode between Codename: Kids Next Door and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy.
- Saturday, October 15 at 2 p.m. (ET, PT): Underfist: Halloween Bash – Irwin, Hoss Delgado, Jeff the Spider, Fred Fredburger, and General Skarr from the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy team up to fight an evil candy army from the Underworld on Halloween.
- Saturday, October 22 at 3 p.m. (ET, PT): Scooby Doo: Legend of the Vampire – While vacationing down under, the gang decides to head into the Australian outback to take in the sights and a rock festival competition held at Vampire Rock. But, of course, that is not to be. “Vampires” have been swooping down from the craggy cliffs and abducting the talent, forcing the detectives to go undercover as a rock band.
- Sunday, October 23 at 5 p.m. (ET, PT), Sunday, October 30 at 10 a.m. (ET, PT) and Monday, October 31 at 3 p.m. (ET, PT): Scary Godmother II: The Revenge of Jimmy – Monster-phobic Jimmy hopes that getting rid of candy and costumes will put an end to Halloween. Scary Godmother and her creepy pals, the Fright Sight Gang, will have seen their last Halloween if Jimmy succeeds in erasing the day he despises most from the calendar. Unless Hannah can stop him, everything creepy, weird and spooky will vanish forever.
- Saturday, October 29 at 2:00 p.m. (ET, PT) and Sunday, October 30 at 3:30 p.m. (ET, PT): Scooby Doo: Curse of the Lake Monster – Off to a resort with summer jobs, the gang stumbles onto a mystery when the Frog Monster of Lake Erie makes an unexpected appearance, scaring away all the guests. Only Mystery Inc. can save the day, but with a creature on the loose, mystical moonstones and summer romance in the air, will they be able to work as a team and solve the crime?
- Monday, October 31 at 4 p.m. (ET, PT): Scooby Doo Mystery Begins – Unjustly accused of staging a spooky practical joke complete with ghosts, the kids are suspended from Coolsville High. To clear their names, they team to solve the supernatural mystery… and head straight into nonstop laughs and adventure. Special fun, special friends and extra-special effects make this “how-it-all-began” story from boy-meets-dog to the first trip in the Mystery Machine and more a doggone great time!
