Cartoon Network Ratings Highlights for November 8 – 14, 2010

Cartoon Network’s overall weekly prime time performance earned across-the-board delivery gains compared to the same 2009 time period—average kids 6-11 delivery (598,000) grew by 4%, kids 2-11 delivery (867,000) grew by 1% and kids 9-14 delivery (470,000) grew by 2%.
A new episode of ADVENTURE TIME (8 p.m.) continued to anchor the Monday evening line-up of animated comedies, charting double-digit growth vs. the same time 2009 time period—kids 6-11 delivery (934,000) increased by 16% and ratings (3.8) by 15%, kids 2-11 delivery (1,350,000) increased by 17% and ratings (3.2) by 14%, and kids 9-14 delivery (706,000) increased by 30% and ratings (2.9) by 32%. Similarly impressive, boys 6-11 delivery (676,000) improved by 18%, boys 2-11 delivery (929,000) improved by 22% and boys 9-14 delivery (489,000) improved by 20%.
Showing solid delivery growth across all kids demo, REGULAR SHOW (Monday, 8:15 p.m.) saw kids 6-11 delivery (890,000) improve by 9%; kids 2-11 delivery (1,293,000) improve by 15%, kids 9-14 delivery (709,000) improve by 30%, boys 6-11 delivery (679,000) improve by 10%, boys 2-11 delivery (889,000) improve by 14% and boys 9-14 delivery (518,000) improve by 14%. MAD (8:30 p.m.) also continued its growth trajectory among targeted kids and boys—kids 6-11 delivery (899,000) grew by 3%, kids 2-11 delivery (1,275,000) grew by 10%, kids 9-14 delivery (831,000) grew by 26%, boys 6-11 delivery (709,000) grew by 8%, boys 2-11 delivery (881,000) grew by 8% and boys 9-14 delivery (631,000) grew by 16%.
A brand new episode of DESTROY BUILD DESTROY (8:30 p.m.) crowned the Wednesday night live-action alternative programming block with strong growth across the board compared to 2009’s time period—kids 6-11 delivery (618,000) increased by 30%, kids 2-11 delivery (770,000) increased by 32%, kids 9-14 delivery (527,000) increased by 46%, boys 6-11 delivery (539,000) increased by 34%, boys 2-11 delivery (598,000) increased by 23% and boys 9-14 delivery (477,000) increased by 56%. Immediately before that, a new episode of DUDE, WHAT WOULD HAPPEN (8 p.m.) also posted solid gains: kids 6-11 delivery (556,000) expanded by 13%, kids 2-11 delivery (753,000) expanded by 8%, kids 9-14 delivery (458,000) expanded by 4%, boys 6-11 delivery (495,000) expanded by 31%, boys 2-11 delivery (606,000) expanded by 17% and boys 9-14 delivery (402,000) expanded by 12%.
On Friday night, BEN 10: ULTIMATE ALIEN (7:30 p.m.) earned considerable double-digit gains among the 6-11 crowd: kids 6-11 delivery (718,000) improved by 22% and ratings (2.9) by 21%, while boys 6-11 delivery (572,000) and ratings (4.5) both improved by 32%. And SYM-BIONIC TITAN (8 p.m.) and GENERATOR REX (8:30 p.m.) both earning solid gains across older kids and boys demos: SYM-BIONIC’s kids 9-14 delivery (515,000) and ratings (2.1) both increased by 11%, and boys 9-14 delivery (416,000) increased by 12% and ratings (3.3) by 10%…and GENERATOR REX’s kids 9-14 delivery (557,000) increased by 18% and ratings (2.3) by 21%, and boys 9-14 delivery (455,000) increased by 24% and ratings (3.7) by 28%.
