Cartoon Network Launches New Series “Regular Show” and “MAD” on September 6
Cartoon Network will premiere two new animated series this Labor Day, September 6. Regular Show, a Cartoon Network Studios production, and MAD, from Warner Bros. Animation, will join Adventure Time, Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated, Johnny Test and Total Drama World Tour on the network’s Monday night premiere block that runs from 7 – 9:30 p.m. ET/PT.
Regular Show, which is anything but, stars a raccoon named Rigby and blue jay named Mordecai, who are two best friends and groundskeepers at a park. The series will air Mondays at 8:15 p.m. ET/PT after Adventure Time. |
The popular magazine MAD has satirized and parodied the pop cultural landscape since 1952. Now Warner Bros. Animation will bring the magazine to life in 11-minute episodes each Monday night at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT after Regular Show. |
