Nickelodeon Airs “Big Time Rush” and “The Troop” Season Finales This Weekend

Two of Nickelodeon’s freshman series, Big Time Rush and The Troop, will have their season finales this weekend.

The Big Time Rush one-hour season finale (“Big Time Concert”) will premiere tonight at 8 p.m. ET/PT.  Following the premiere is an 11-minute “Big Time Rush: Live from Time Square” special.  The finale will air again on Saturday at 8 p.m., Sunday at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. ET/PT.  20 episodes aired during the first season.  The second season is in production and will begin to air this fall.

The Troop will have its season finale tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 12 p.m. ET/PT.  The episode (“Next Stop: Lakewood”) has the return of Gus, the troop’s enemy who knows about monsters and plans to release them from captivity.  The first season consisted of 26 episodes.  A second season is currently in production in Canada.

Big Time Rush airs regular (and almost every day) on Nickelodeon and weekends on TeenNick.  The Troop airs daily on Nicktoons and weekends on TeenNick.
