NICKELODEON CRANKS UP THE HEAT WITH SIZZLING PREMIERES OF ICARLY, BIG TIME RUSH, VICTORIOUS AND TRUE JACKSON, VP, SATURDAY, JUNE 26
NEW YORK, June 10, 2010 – Nickelodeon’s hottest shows are getting even hotter! The network kicks off summer with smoking hot premieres of its hit live-action series, Big Time Rush, iCarly, Victorious and True Jackson, VP, on Saturday, June 26, beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. TV sets across the country will be ablaze when the iCarly crew generates good will when a heat wave hits Seattle, Big Time Rush catches a Hollywood fever, Tori’s beach trip goes awry and True discovers Mad Style’s arctic room on the hottest day of the year.
The roll-out of premieres is as follows (all times ET/PT):
8:00 p.m. – iCarly, “iBeat the Heat”
When a heat wave hits Seattle and the power goes out, Spencer comes to the rescue with a Norwegian air-conditioner and generator. Word quickly spreads throughout the building and the gang soon finds the loft filled with uninvited guests.
8:30 p.m. – Big Time Rush, “Big Time Fever”
The guys are continuing to live their Hollywood dream, however James, Logan and Carlos have come down with Hollywood Fever: Logan has lost his uptight edge, Carlos wants to be one of the “Jennifers” and James can’t stop spray-tanning. With the help of Gustavo, Kelly and the kids from the Palm Woods, it’s now up to Kendall to save his friends from themselves.
9:00 p.m. – Victorious, “Stuck in an RV”
A heat wave hits Los Angeles and the kids at Hollywood Arts are looking for a way to cool off. Tori suggests the gang head to the beach, so Beck volunteers to take everyone in his Airstream RV. Once there, Cat quickly bolts out to find a bathroom and later gets distracted by some cute boys while the rest of the kids stay back to get their beach gear ready. When they try to leave, they discover the door is stuck. It’s up to Cat to save the day… or not.
9:30 p.m. – True Jackson, VP, “Heatwave”
After Ryan breaks the air conditioner on the hottest day of the year, True and her friends discover Mad Style’s arctic room. Word gets out and, before True knows it, all of Mad Style has found their way to the room. This causes Max’s private ice cream stash to melt, so True must track down the original recipe to replace it before he finds out.
