It’s A Mega-March On Kids’ WB!

(February 28, 2005 – Burbank, CA) – It’s going to be a Mega-March on Kids’ WB! with the third season premiere of cyber-adventure “MegaMan NT Warrior: Axess” and the launch of the network’s new AfterToons block on Monday, February 28. Every Monday through Friday, Kids’ WB! will transform afternoons into AfterToons – the place to win colossal prize packs, play exclusive games on television and the place to uncover secrets from everyone’s favorite Kids’ WB! shows.

MEGAMAN POWERS-UP MARCH ON KIDS’ WB!: “MegaMan NT Warrior: Axess,” from ShoPro Entertainment, logs onto Kids’ WB!’s AfterToons block for its third season, beginning today, Monday, February 28 (3:00 p.m. ET/PT), as Lan and MegaMan continue their cyber-saga with new and improved powers and various morphing techniques. In addition to new powers, Lan and his friends face a new enemy, a Net Crime organization called Nebula. The third season opens with Lan and MegaMan CrossFusing in order to stop the evil Darkloid ShadeMan, who’s working with Nebula and has unleashed viruses on the Human World! In this cyber-powered, futuristic world, where the digital and human universes come ever closer to merging, the newly appointed NetSaver Lan and his NetNavi MegaMan may be all that stands in the way of the forces of evil.

In celebration of the addition of “MegaMan NT Warrior: Axess” to Kids’ WB!’s AfterToons block, the network is joining forces with Capcom®, Mattel, Viz and Decipher for the “Kids’ WB! AfterToons All Axess Sweepstakes.” Each weekday, beginning today, Monday, February 28 through Friday, March 4, kids will need to tune-in to the exciting new episodes of “MegaMan NT Warrior: Axess” (3:00 p.m. ET/PT) and identify the name of the NetNavi that pop-ups during the episode. The “Kids’ WB! AfterToons All Axess Sweepstakes” will award the biggest MegaMan Grand Prize in Kids’ WB! history – including a complete line of MegaMan toys, video games, DVDs, trading cards and more. Viewers also have the chance to win a variety of First Prizes, including 200 MegaMan Trading Card Game Power Up! Starter Decks, 200 MegaMan™ Deluxe DoubleSoul Figures, 200 MegaMan NT Warrior DVDs (Volume 1), or 100 MegaMan BattleNet 4 video games. To be eligible to win, kids can log onto www.KidsWB.com. Kids can also go online to www.KidsWB.com to access downloadables and join the cyber-world adventure in the new “MegaMan NT Warrior: Axess” game, plus have the chance to see their actual gameplay on television during Kids’ WB!’s AfterToons programming block.

IT’S TIME FOR A MONSTER HUNT! Beginning Monday, March 14 through Friday, March 18, Kids’ WB! and Toys ‘R Us are teaming up for the week-long “Yugi’s Find The Missing Monsters Sweeptakes,” giving 1000 monster hunters a $20 Toys ‘R Us gift card. Each weekday kids will need to tune-in to animé-hit Yu-Gi-Oh! (4:30 p.m. ET/PT) and watch for the clues to help Yugi find his missing monsters. Once kids identify the location of the missing monster, they can log onto www.KidsWB.com or send in a postcard by mail to be eligible to win.
