It’s A Super-Premiere-Filled January On Kids’ WB!

(December 29, 2004 – Burbank, CA) — It’s a super-premiere-filled January on Kids’ WB! with the exclusive world premiere of the much-anticipated “Pokémon The Movie: Destiny Deoxys.” Also this month, everybody’s favorite super-sleuths return for the third season premiere of “What’s New Scooby-Doo?”

IT’S POKÉ-MANIA! On the morning of Saturday, January 22, kids won’t want to miss Kids’ WB! as hundreds of Pokémon attend the most talked about red carpet event of the season during the world premiere of “Pokémon The Movie: Destiny Deoxys” (10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET/9:00 – 11:00 a.m. PT). Throughout Kids’ WB!’s morning lineup (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET/7:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. PT), viewers will be able to join the extravaganza – and kick back with a bucket of popcorn – for an exciting countdown to the movie’s exclusive premiere on the network. Join your favorite Pokémon as they pose for the paparazzi and walk the red carpet…and even catch a glimpse of them viewing the movie from inside of the theater!

“Pokémon The Movie: Destiny Deoxys” is an exciting adventure taking viewers beyond their wildest imagination. Four years ago, a strange meteorite crashed into Earth – carrying a powerful secret…and now the real journey begins. In high-tech Larousse City, secrets are revealed as Ash, Pikachu and the gang meet Tory, a new friend who is afraid of Pokémon and their trainers. New fears surface when a mysterious aurora appears over the city, and the gang encounters Deoxys – a newly discovered Pokémon unlike any other seen before. When a fierce competition between Deoxys and Rayquaza ignites, it will take more than just Ash and Pikachu to help stop it…it will take everyone.
