For the first time ever, Pokémon – from all evolutions – will compete against each other. With a different competition each day from Monday, October 18 through Saturday, October 23 (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET/ 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. PT), kids will be directed to go online to www.KidsWB.com to enter for their chance to win. The “Way Outta The Way Spooky Road Trip” will conclude on Saturday, October 30.
This past summer, Kids’ WB! and the Queen Mary hosted the “Kids’ WB! Spooky Sleepover Sweepstakes,” receiving more than 15,000 entries from kids across the country who thought they had the guts to survive a sleepover aboard one of the most haunted ships in the world….the Queen Mary. Nine Grand Prize winners had the frightful opportunity to board the spooky ship and get an exclusive tour of the mysterious vessel – complete with a freaky feast, ghost stories in the boiler room and a game of “dare and scare.”
From its charming quarters to the depths of its darkest corridors, the Queen Mary has been a constant source for stories about ghostlike sightings and other unexplained activity on the historic ship. The Grand Prize winners boarded the ship for two nights and received an exclusive haunted tour aboard the vessel. Six-year-old Steven Farber from Pennsylvania and six-year-old Sean Kennah from Montana were the youngest of the Grand Prize winners. The seven remaining winners included Rachel St. Pierre (age 8) from Michigan, Johanna Callahan (age 8) from Pennsylvania, Cole Beatty (age 9) from Texas, Teran “T.J.” Keck (age 9) from California, Cody Dorn (age 10) from South Carolina, Megan Raposa (age 11) from South Dakota and Charles Schuchmann (age 11) from Florida. On Saturday, October 30, viewers are invited to tune in to Kids’ WB! (8:00 a.m. ET – 12:00 p.m. ET / 7:00 a.m. PT – 11:00 a.m. PT) and join the sleepover to find out if ghosts really do exist aboard the Queen Mary!
